Thank you for fairly NICE stay, having setting quite close to the harbour. The breakfast is with a very nice view, great. Location of the property is great and incredible.

its location was absolutely perfect, not very far from tilos port marina. and it was close to a bakery and small supermarkets.

We had a fantastic stay here. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The hotel facilities were well-equipped and spacious. The location, situated on a little hill, provided beautiful views and was conveniently close to the beach and local amenities. The breakfast served on the terrace was delicious, with a variety of options. The staff were friendly and attentive.

We had a nice stay in Livadia just off beaches, the more hectic touristic places, and the sea front and the restaurants and bars. Location was marvellous and incredible, not too far away from Tilos Port Marina.

Truly enjoyed views of the sea and good beds. Sensational breakfast with a very nice view, friendly and helpful staff. Peaceful location, at a moderate distance from Agios Georgios Chapel...

the breakfast at seva's studios was amazing - a delicious spread of butter, homemade jam, egg toast, brownie cake, watermelon, coffee. the room was spotlessly clean and the balcony was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. the family who runs the place was incredibly helpful and always available when we needed assistance. the location was also great, just a short 10-minute walk to the beaches. overall, our experience at seva's studios exceeded our expectations and we would definitely return.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were really nice and friendly, and the host, Seva, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She even waited for me at the port for an early check-in at 8am. The location of the hotel is fantastic, overlooking the sea. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a big window that offered a beautiful view. The breakfast served on the spacious terrace was delicious, with homemade omelets and fresh orange juice. The WiFi was strong and fast, which was great for my work. the hotel offered exceptional value for the price.

Great value for money! the owner and his wife were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They picked us up from the ferry and served us breakfast every day on the terrace. the room, though a bit dated, was clean and comfortable with air conditioning. the location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the seafront, restaurants, and bars. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

The owner was always responsive and the breakfast provided by the friendly breakfast lady was handmade and delicious. The strong WiFi was also a big plus. Seva's Studios provided excellent service, value for money, and a peaceful atmosphere. I would definitely book here again.

The only thing we wanted more of was a banging pool party scene at the hotel. It would have been epic to have a pool where we could chill with our crew, soak up the sun, and have a blast.

The internet access at the hotel was quite unreliable and didn't work well.
